Jennifer grew up in a real estate family on the West Coast where her early years were spent in new construction builds, open houses, cattle ranches, and vineyards. Intrigued by law and justice, she spent most of her early career in downtown Los Angeles working with some of the best law firms in the country. Jennifer was a Senior Consultant for a cutting-edge Silicon Valley based eDiscovery firm specializing in data analytics and technology assisted review, and an industry conference panelist and speaker about best practices and avoiding pitfalls in the then emerging field. When her children were born, she made the choice to spend their early years at home, engaging in the community, schools, and competitive sports. She was a homemaker, mother, gardener, decorator, party planner, cake decorator, teacher, coach, and education advocate. In 2016, craving a professional role again, Jennifer dove into the family business of real estate head-first and has served as a broker, broker-in-charge, and mentor.
